We can back it up here with some more important information

Why do we talk about racism?

We recognise that all forms of oppression are important. We focus on racism because in our view, this is the most toxic form of oppression – and is generally not talked about- although that is rapidly changing. By bringing the subject of racism into the light, we show that it is safe and possible to bring sustainable change to the dynamics that support racism. We allow space for other forms of oppression as they come up in the sessions

Raggi's training was challenging and confronting, but delivered with the utmost compassion. We came away with a real insight into how racism functions both in society and in ourselves as individuals; and the tools to begin to make real, positive change.

I loved your approach Raggi, your self-disclosure, passion but also warrior stance allowed me to be quite open about some of my own racial biases and assumptions I hold.

This is essential training for everyone - don't just assume you know all there is to know about racism. Raggi presented the theory and practice of how racism works and how it can be challenged, in an inspiring way, and gave us a safe space to explore our thoughts and experiences. Really recommend.

This was exactly the training our office needed- not only was it inclusionary, it was challenging, educational, and left a lasting impression. Raggi adapted constantly to meet our dynamic and push us further into self-reflection and I left feeling humbled, energised, and with the tools to self-improve.

Excellent insight into how my actions and words, that appear innocent from a white person, can have a profound effect on others that have been affected by racism all of their lives.
Participant
Thank you Raggi for creating a safe and caring space for us to learn about racism and to start us on the journey of becoming anti-racist champions. I feel as though I finally have started to understand how I can start on my journey to become part of the solution to oppression rather than the reason it exists.

The space created by Raggi was a safe one for everyone. It provided a solid foundation for anyone interested in having conversations about racism no matter what their personal starting point. It demonstrated that it is possible to have what could be difficult conversations with a mixed group of people in a safe and intelligent way.
